The Indy Adult Show Choir's Spring Show: Broadway!

The Indy Adult Show Choir is having our Broadway themed Spring Show on Saturday, June 6th at 7:30pm at Crooked Creek  Baptist Church.
That evening, we will sing music from Broadway Shows like "The Producers," "Spamalot," "Spring Awakening," "Sweet Charity," and other fun shows! We will be featuring many of our members in solo and group performances also.
Join us that evening for our show, and then, bid on items from Livrite Fitness, Origami Owl, the Girl Scouts, and other companies in our Silent Auction!
Tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for school age children, and 5 and under are free. Tickets will be available at the door. 
There will be a reception following the show.

Indy Adult Show Choir's Open Rehearsal for New Members

The Indy Adult Show Choir, a community choir in Indianapolis, IN, is having an Open Rehearsal for new members! This is happening on July 31st at 7pm at Crooked Creek Baptist Church.
That night we will sing through the new music for the upcoming season, have a meet and greet, and do voice testing. (Voice testing is a way to make sure people will be singing the correct part for their vocal range.)
This season, we will be singing music made famous by a Capella groups like Pentatonix and from the movie "Pitch Perfect." We'll also be doing Christmas music in a jazz style.
We are looking for all voice types, men and women, Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bass! Come and find out more about us that evening!

Spring Season 2014 Theme

We are getting ready to start our 2014 Spring Season, and we have picked our theme! Our theme for this coming season "Decades-Music hits through the years!"
In this show, we will feature music from the 60's through now! Songs included will be favorites from the 60's girls groups, like "Baby Love" and "Chapel of Love." There will be songs from the 70's, like "September" and "Tell Me Something Good." We will sing 80's favorites, like "Walking on Sunshine" and "Express Yourself!" We will perform great 90's songs from bands like U2. We will sing a medley of Maroon 5 hits. This are just some of the awesome tunes will be paying tribute to!

IASC is having an open rehearsal!

Ever thought about joining a show choir, but didn't know how to get started? 
Most of us have watched "Glee" and thought, It would be so much fun to sing in a show choir! Well, now's your chance!
The Indy Adult Show Choir, a community choir in Indianapolis, is looking for new members!  We are holding an open rehearsal on August 1st, 2013.  This will be at Crooked Creek Baptist Church at 7:00pm.

The Christmas Show, December 15th, 2012

Our next show was a success!  It was on December 15th at Crooked Creek Baptist Church!  This was our 3rd Annual Christmas performance. We performed Christmas favorites and new music that were well received!  We sang, "Song of Santa," which is every song you've ever heard about Santa in about eight minutes, and "Winter Song," a song by Sarah Bareilles and Ingrid Michaelson.  It's simplistic beauty creates a richness that is worth hearing live!  This show was a fun one to watch!
